Inviting your team

How to add team members to your IT Trackr account.

IT Trackr supports multiple users under a single account. Free accounts can have up to 3 team members; Pro accounts have no limit.

Sending an invitation

Go to Dashboard → Team and click Invite Member. Enter the person's email address. They'll receive an email with a link to set up their account and join your workspace.

Team member access

All team members share the same asset data and can add, edit, and manage assets and employees. Every action they take is recorded in the audit log with their name attached.

There is no granular role system for team members at this time. All members have the same level of access to your workspace.
