Introduction to IT Trackr

What IT Trackr is, who it's for, and how it helps operations teams stay in control of their IT estate.

IT Trackr is a cloud-based IT asset management platform designed for operations and IT teams who are tired of managing assets in spreadsheets. It gives you a single place to track every piece of hardware, software licence, domain, and document your organisation owns.

Whether you're a 5-person startup or a 500-person company, IT Trackr helps you answer the questions that matter: What do we own? Who has it? When does it expire? What did it cost?

What you can track

  • Hardware assets — laptops, monitors, phones, printers, networking equipment, and more
  • Software licences — seat counts, renewal dates, and per-user assignments
  • Domains — expiry dates and renewal reminders
  • Employees — who has what, assignment history, and durations
  • Documents — receipts, warranties, and invoices attached directly to assets
  • Components & accessories — RAM, SSDs, peripherals, and consumables

How it works

Everything in IT Trackr is linked. Assets are assigned to employees. Licences are assigned to employees or teams. Domains are monitored automatically. Every action — adding, editing, assigning, checking out — is written to an audit log so you always know what changed and who changed it.

Free vs Pro

The Free plan supports up to 25 assets, 3 team members, and 1GB of document storage. The Pro plan raises those limits to 250 assets, unlimited team members, and 10GB of storage, and adds API & MCP access.

All other features — reports, licences, domain monitoring, alerts, and exports — are available on both plans.
