How to add software licences, manage seat counts, and assign licences to employees.
The Licences section lets you track every software subscription your organisation pays for — how many seats you have, who's using them, and when they renew.
Go to Dashboard → Licences and click Add Licence. Fill in the software name, licence type, total seats, cost, and renewal date. You can also add a licence key if you need to store it securely.
Click any licence to open the detail panel, then go to the Users tab. Click Assign User and search for an employee. The seat count updates automatically. To unassign, click the remove button next to the employee's name.
The Licence Utilisation report (under Reports) shows how many seats are in use vs. available for every licence. Licences over capacity are highlighted so you can take action before your next audit.
