How to use IT Trackr to stay compliant with your software licences.
Being over or under your licensed seat count creates both financial and legal risk. IT Trackr gives you the visibility to stay compliant at all times.
Go to Reports → Licence Utilisation. This report shows every licence with a usage percentage bar and one of four status badges: Over Capacity, High (80%+), Healthy, or Unused.
Reports → Licence Expiry shows all licences with upcoming renewal dates, their seat usage, and annual cost. Use this to plan your renewal budget.
Use the Custom Report builder (Reports → Custom) to build a filtered export of any licence data — by category, expiry window, cost range, or any other field. Export to CSV for sharing with finance or procurement.
