How to configure automatic email reminders before a licence expires.
IT Trackr can send you an email before any licence is due to renew, so you're never caught off guard by an unexpected charge or a lapse in access.
Go to Settings → Email Reminders and expand the Licences section. Find the licence you want and toggle the reminder on. You can also set how many days in advance you want to be notified — options are 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days before expiry.
Reminders are sent to the email address associated with your account. They include the licence name, expiry date, and a link back to IT Trackr.
Make sure your licence has an expiry date set, otherwise no reminder will be sent.
