Custom Report builder

The Custom Report builder lets you create a tailored export of any data in IT Trackr — useful for audits, finance reviews, or sharing specific subsets of your inventory.

Using the builder

Go to Reports → Custom. Choose a data source: Assets, Licences, or Domains. Toggle the columns you want to include, then add filters to narrow down the results.

Available filters

• Contains / Does not contain
• Equals / Does not equal
• Before / After (for dates)
• Greater than / Less than (for numbers)
• Is set / Is not set

Preview and export

The live preview table updates as you adjust columns and filters. When you're happy with the results, click Download CSV.
