How access works for team members in IT Trackr.
All team members within your workspace have the same level of access — they can view, create, edit, and manage all assets, employees, licences, and domains.
Every action taken by any team member is recorded in the activity log with their name attached. This means you always know who made a change even without granular role restrictions.
Go to Team and remove the member from your workspace. This revokes their access immediately. Their past actions remain in the audit log.
Granular role-based permissions are on the roadmap. Currently, all team members have equal access.
