Data encryption and storage

Security is built into every layer of IT Trackr. Here's how your data is protected.

Encryption

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+
• All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256

Data isolation

Your data is isolated at the database level using row-level security (RLS). It is impossible for one customer's queries to return another customer's data.

Infrastructure

IT Trackr is hosted on EU-based infrastructure via Supabase and Vercel. Data is stored in AWS EU data centres.

Backups

Daily automated backups are taken with point-in-time recovery. In the event of data loss, we can restore your account to any point within the backup window.
