Notification preferences

Go to Settings → Notifications to manage your global notification preferences.

Global toggles

• Email on asset check-out — notified when any asset is assigned to an employee
• Alert on overdue returns — notified when assets are not returned by their due date
• Weekly asset summary — a weekly digest of your inventory and recent activity
• Licence expiry warnings (30 days) — a reminder 30 days before any licence expires

Per-item reminders

For more granular control, go to Settings → Email Reminders. Here you can enable or disable reminders for individual licences and domains, and set exactly how many days before expiry you want to be notified.
