Deleting your account

How to permanently delete your IT Trackr account and all associated data.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All assets, employees, documents, and history will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Before deleting

  • Export any data you want to keep (assets, employees, reports) using the CSV export on each page
  • Cancel your subscription if you're on Pro — deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing

How to delete

Contact support@ittrackr.com from your registered email address and request account deletion. Our team will process the request within 2 business days.

Account deletion is permanent. There is no grace period or recovery option once the deletion is processed.
